This is a keyboard transcription of "Impend" in C from the Halo 2 soundtrack. Can be performed by piano, but meant to be played with a strings patch.
Its a simple little passage that's fun to play once you get it down. Enjoy!

These files were made with Finale 2005 and Overture 4.0.
I had downloaded all of the Halo sheet music, but I found there wasn't an orchestra edition of Halo Theme. Also, I felt that some of the melodies in other files were incorrect. So I changed the original Halo Theme piano edition by Devin Eastman and also added an orchestra edition.
The orchestra edition has 11 kinds of instruments: Alto, Bass, Piccolo, Piano, Trumpet, Violins, Viola, Cello, Electric Guitar, Timpani and Percussion. (Finale 2005/Midi).
Here is the Finale Version of the halo 3 piano solo. IT IS NOT WRONG. i dont care what anybody else says. I saw marty play it himself in a video review. the notes are all correct. if anybody thinks its wrong its because the piano sounds different from the one in the trailer. if you would like to see the video hen contact me.
Here are some Halo 3 transcriptions to the halo 3 variation on the trailer:
Similar to mine exept for the fact that I hold the "E" notes, and his timing is just a bit off. This is the Halo 3 piano solo transcribed by The Garbage Man and many other songs on halo as well. Note he only has sheet music for siege of madrigal and the fanfare. The rest are recordings that you can hear on a quicktime player.
