Wort Wort Wort, Merry Christmas
Halo: Truth and Reconciliation has two holiday cards from Bungie, one made by Shiek in 2001 (happy holidays, human), and the other by Paul Russel (infected with joy). Both cards are in Bungie's art gallery.

Well, with Halo 2 due out sometime next year (hopefully fairly early next year) people will finally be able to play Halo multiplayer on the Internet using the Xbox, without tunnelers.
Who already has XBL? What's your GamerTag?
Anybody planning on getting XBL after Halo 2 comes out?
Way back, so far back I can't even remember when, somebody (probably Louis) cracked a joke about Bungie doing Grunt plushy toys. It never happened. But now... it just might.
HBO has followed up on their September story about a video showing the Halo50K Tournament finals featuring TDT vs DM playing CTF on Battle Creek. (Who says the military has a monopoly on alphabet soup?) Video CD Productions had a streaming version back then, but now there are QuickTime and Windows Media versions, hosted at Mythica and files.bungie.org.
SketchFactor sauntered into the HBO forum and laid down links to three high res screenshots suitable for wallpaper-making. Thanks Louis Wu at HBO.
A site called IceTeks (Technology Made Cool, for those who aren't advanced students of sloganology) has reviewed PC Halo and concluded it to be one heck of an awesome game. Put the accolades on the pile over there, boys, and the bar is around the corner. Welcome to the party. Thanks Blue's News.
MacCentral has two notes on the Mac gaming scene, which will certainly be getting slightly more attention from the gaming press as Halo finally "returns home" to the platform it was originally announced for more than four years ago.First, Duane Johnson, formerly of Westlake Interactive (the company that ported Mac Halo, as well as countless other games) is becoming the fourth programmer to join the newly-formed
Louis Wu at HBO passed on word from RavenEA that this week's MacGamer Giveaway features five copies of Mac Halo; the subject of the contest is creation of an image of the Master Chief on vacation. The five funniest win.
Blackstar at Blackstar Productions has received word that he's gotten approval to host another Halo LANfest at the Collins Center in Andover, MA-- the location of last summer's Are You Big Enough LANfest that featured a forty-foot projector screen (as well as several smaller projection areas). This next LANfest will be held next summer. I attended the last one, and can vouch that it was a lot of fun, I'm sure this one will be, too.
