Alright, let me start of by saying that if you are on insane, you are screwed. Go home. If you are already at home, leave. This level scared me away from the game (and these walkthroughs) for a long time, but now I am back to save those of you stalling here. My apologies, but I wasn’t doing much better. I made it through the level in a couple of hours while writing this guide, so it should be doable. Good luck, and thanks to hawk for inspiring me to go back and face my fears.
I arranged Leonidas for my jazz band for the end of the school year. Unfortunately my band teacher didn't have faith in us and decided to not even try the piece even though we just stood around and did nothing that day. Anyway I wanted this piece to be used by someone so I am putting it up for anyone to use. I hope that someone can play this with a band or just enjoy the music. Thanks!

More or less at random I happened upon The First Hour blog, which reviews only the first hour of a video game. Game #12, reviewed back in September 2007 (just in time for Halo 3 to come out) was the original Halo.
As an extension to that blog, Beyond The First Hour reviews games after they are finished, and that blog features a review of Halo 3. No love for Halo 2 apparently, but that's par for the course now, isn't it?
This is a transcription of "Halo Theme (Mjolnir Mix) ", by Martin O'Donnell and Michael Salvatori, transcribed by mike poe
It can be heard during the Scarab encounter in Halo 2's "Metropolis" level.
Though I spent alot of time trying to get the notes right for the guitar parts, I had some trouble with the beginning section and i feel that some of the electric guitar parts throughout could sound better, so I'm open to any suggestions to make it closer to the real song
*TABS Update*:
I listened to the Halo 2 soundtrack and found this cool part in The Last Spartan so I wanted to write the sheet music.
It's only a midi file and sibelius score.
This is a transcription of the Halo Main Theme, sung by the monks at the loading screen.
This melody is incorporated into many other Halo themes in the games and is a simple tune for young players and beginners learning to read music.

Hello egg lovers!,
I have found many, many, many more easter eggs over easter! here they all are!
Go to your dashboard and set the dates to these 1/1/1, 25/12/1 31/10/1
On regret get to the "wrong" temple (me prevoius blods will tell how) and go to everyone of the dark rooms, check the roofs for a message "Hi Ben!", to see this you will need to get a full sniper view with a flashlight on.
Hello 7 fans,
In all of the Halo's 7 is the most recently seen number. It is very weird that bungie has used seven so many times, for example:
Sector 7 is seen many times
There are 7 halos
Cairo Station and In Amber Clad {the ship that gets you to Delta Halo} have the number 142 on them . That adds up to 7.
Pentinent Tangent has the number 2401.
That adds up again to 7.
There are 7 types of Covenant.
There are 7 gametypes.
Cortana,Arbiter and Johnson have 7 letters.
This is a Piano transcription of the Halo "Love Theme Sketch" that never made it into the final game or soundtrack.
Marty composes many sketches like this that often never get used, but it's a very nice piece and you asked for it, so enjoy!
I'll hopefully get a MIDI performance up soon. For the meantime, here is something to go by:
This was originally transcribed by someone_new, and hopefully addreses a few of the requests.
It is now in 3:4 time
To make it (slightly) easier to play, it's been transposed from A flat major (F minor) to A major (F sharp minor) although this can be fairly easily undone
A few changes to the violin parts to address missing harmonies and such
Hope you enjoy

The piano solo at the end of the Halo 1 theme song. This is my first transcription, and I'm pretty happy with it. The .zip contains a .midi, a .pdf and a NoteWorthy Composer project file.
