While most players may be paying more attention to Halo 2 than to Halo: Custom Edition, life breathes still in the PC port of Halo modified to accept user-developed content. Bungie.net has an interview with the members of the Halo 2 CE Project.

The Master Chief has actually already made his Hollywood debut, appearing in theaters in the cinematic trailer that kicked off the I Love Bees phenomenon. But now it appears as if the long-time question, "wouldn't a Halo movie be cool" might soon end up having a real, definitive answer.
mrsmiley took the Master Chief to New York and he gets lucky. Who says people who go to HBO looking for Sex and the City are in the wrong place? Oh... and a new comic, too.

At the Halo Story Page, Mnemesis interviewed Bungie's Joe Staten on the Halo storyline, setting to rest some old debates, such as who really released the Flood, where the other SPARTANs are and whether or not it's important, the relationship between the Forerunners and the Flood, and time travel. Joe also adds some information about the HSP Timeline. A must-read.

An Associated Press article at Yahoo News notes how U.S. Marines stationed in Iraq turn to videogames, including Halo and The Sims (there's a strange combination --Ed.) during lulls in fighting. Where's Halo 2? Quick, somebody make an emergency shipment of Halo 2 to Iraq!
