In response to a reader request from heuertag I've reworked the sheet music page to work like the forgemap database, the gamertag database, and the movies database. Now you can search and sort the sheet music entries just like you can on those other pages.
HaloBabies just recently announced the new Halo comic Larry The Marine, which I neglected to mention at the time and richly deserves it.
OldNick is at it again. His latest blog entry is about Bungie's controversial story addition to Halo 2, the playable Arbiter-- and how his omission from Halo 3 may have been a crowd-pleasing move that left the game with a less rich story.
Second Foundation, home of the Halo community podcast The Riot, is holding its 2007 community awards. Voting will be open until midnight GMT on January 13.

Wired takes a look at the work of Forge artist Brock Davis. Amongst other things, he's created an optical illusion of a 3D self-portrait on Sandtrap.
With the release of the Foundry map, especially targeted for users of Halo 3's map editor, Forge, Rampancy.net opens its Forge Maps database. Users can submit their maps with a screenshot, descriptions, and links to the map posts on Bungie.net, as well as rate maps submitted by other users.
Submit your own maps today (registered users only-- we have to know whose map it is!).

I'm new to this site, so im not sure if this is the right place to make this. But i wish to share my transcription of Unforgotten from the game Halo. Perhaps someone could move this into the sheet music section? Any help would be much appreciated.

Myself and some guys over at Bungie.net have been kicking around this idea of starting up a monthly community newsletter. Basically it will contain lots of content from the community itself (like fan art, fanfiction...) Bungie and gaming news etc: Not everything is finalized yet but we are hard at work in an attempt to create a good newsletter that, hopefully, people will enjoy.
