Kudos to the guys at halo.bungie.org, who have secured a scan (provided by b.org magnate Steve Campbell) of a new Next Generation Milestones article. While the page is festooned with old Halo screenshots, nothing new is offered--even the text is very brief, limited to a few small captions. Still, one should never look a full page of flattering screenshots in the mouth...
Noctavis also points out that the proposed pre-Halo Tribes tribe will not be limited to Tribes... hmm, did I get that right? Anyway, the focus will be on honing multiplayer tactics, so other games will likely be involved.
Also, Noct adds that KillGore is deserving of some kudos, as he was a driving force behind this undertaking. Missed him on the first post... my bad.
Well, if you weren't there, then you missed (among other things) the single fastest session of chat scrolling in b.net history. Many prizes were (and still are) being awarded... yours truly scored a Myth Soundtrack for a bit of old school webmaster trivia, which is fortunate, as my prior copy met an untimely end in a car door...

An anonymous source at Next-Gen sends word that the November print issue will be of particular interest to Halo fans , and that it should be hitting the shelves soon. No other details given, and I'm working on confirmation.
Still, it fits with the pattern. Articles and previews tend to come in waves of exclusives, and we've already seen that CGW has an article on Halo this month. Keep an eye on those shelves, folks, and scan in anything that fits the description when you do get that November issue.
Well, this answers a few questions! Kudos to Vorick, who pointed out that halo.bungie.org has scored four (!) scanned in screenshots from a Computer Gaming World article, which are now on display over there.
Time for another FAQ update... damn, those guns rule! A bounty on larger versions of those scans!
