By looking at the amount of reads on blogs posted before Narcogen's most recent blogs versus the amount of reads on those authored after, one can see that if you wish one's blog to be read, one should release it following one of Narcogen's.(Wow, that was a long sentence.)

Not to go unnoticed in the glow of Bungie's 20th anniversary ViDoc, the MariusNet community-run Myth multiplayer server is celebrating its tenth anniversary on August 6th.
From Marius.net comes the rather unexpected news that a new, native port of Myth II v1.7.2 is coming to Linux, produced by ProjectMagma. It scores over the older port produced by Loki Software in that it is intended to be network compatible with the existing Windows and OS X versions currently available.

This behind-the-scenes video on the development of Myth appeared on a MacAddict disc in 1997. It looks mostly at work to record voice actors, even including a scene where Bungie founder Jason Jones gives dwarven line-readings to Rob O'Donnell, the voice of the Surly Dwarf, father of Marty O'Donnell, one half of the composing team of O'Donnell and Michael Salvatori that produced the soundtracks to both the Myth and Halo series of games developed by Bungie.
Released in 1997, 2012 will mark the 15th anniversary of Myth.
i need winter contingency for wind ensemble. we have 3 flutes, 2 clarinets,3 saxophones, 2 trumpets,
1 baritone/trombone, one trombone, 3 tubas, and 5 percussionists. i would like all male voices as
the saxophones, female voices as flutes and clarinets, and harp as marimba. take your time on it, but
i would like it asap. it doesn't need to be Marty quality, just needs to sound like it.
The Tain has posted Myth II 1.7.2b2 in several flavors: Windows, Mac Universal, and Mac PowerPC. It's not an installer, just the application itself, so you need to have Myth II 1.7.1 already installed. For the terminally curious, there's a changelog.
Hey. SUPER new to this, but I was wondering if anyone had the sheet music (specifically piano) for Bits and Pieces from Halo 3 ODST. I've already come up with most of it on my own (by ear) but I would like to make sure I have it down pat.

Here is my transcription of 'Splash (Marathon)'. There are two different arrangements that I made: one of them is as a piano solo, and the other is a 'full' arrangement for three synths, one piano, and a drum set. For both arrangements, there are .pdf, .mp3, .mid, and .sib files.
