Very cool screenshots. It looks like we have a second distinct tank here, and the analysis has already begun in earnest. A fine addition to the growing number of vehicles... need to update the FAQ again.
Sorry about the missed updates, folks. I spent last night and most of the day driving or arguing with future instructors about class registration, and am just now catching up. Knight of Halo Network sends word of a new feature at that site, a daily Halo comic. An ambitious undertaking, given the amount of material to produce and the finite material for it, but one to keep an eye on nevertheless.
After being credited for around 1000 results that had somehow slipped through the cracks (one wonders how often this occurs), the Halo SETI Team has squeaked ahead of rival Bungie SETI Team, 6235 results to 6106. It looks like the fight is back on...
Kudos to Fenrir, who pointed out an article at psx.ign.com which discusses Halo coming to the Playstation 2. No ground breaking new information, though the cautious tone of the article suggests that it may not be as certain as previously thought.
halo.bungie.org has posted a pair of scans from the December issue of PC Zone magazine, reproducing the two page Halo preview in all its glory. While the screenshots are old ones, there are some very interesting tidbits in the text... crumbling buildings , for example. Time to update the FAQ again...
