Halo didn't win any specific E3 awards at PC GameWorld but it did pick up a special mention in a listing of noteworthy titles:

Well, we had a crazy time on RHL with our very first game of Das Boot. Methinks we'll want to refine some of the rules a bit but it was a real trip! We've been discussing Sibrax's Halo trailer trailer on our forum, and Marty O'Donnell of Bungie had this to say about the trailer's credits:

It appears that computer problems have claimed a good deal of the content as well as a new design for the Halo Command fan site. From the news:

SciFi.Com has done some short previews of the ten most promising games from this year's E3 expo, and guess which Bungie title made it into the list? Wasn't hard to figure out, was it? ;-) Cpt. Sqweky was the observant fellow who found and reported this to us. Keep your eyes peeled, everyone, and let us know when you find something... we're certain to see a lot more of Halo in the Net.
