Halo to Ship with the X-Box!
Well curse me for a lazy slob, and then rejoice! On my first reading of the item at GameStar.de, (reported here) it appeared that Halo would be delayed by four months after the X-Box comes out. It will be delayed... for the PC, that is. According to GameStar's information the X-Box version will be shipping with the X-Box. Happy Day! (Possibly in less than a year? Read on...)

Microsoft to Acquire Digital Anvil
First reported by TechTV, then posted about in the HBO forum, Microsoft has recently made it official that they are acquiring Digital Anvil. Digital Anvil has been hard at work on Freelancer for some time, and this makes one wonder if the highly-anticipated game may be coming to the X-Box.

Pluggin' Time!
Thanks to Creation, [insert appropriate winter holiday here] came early this year. We've popped up a new page for the 5-level Official Bushido Solo Scenario. The scenario is scant days from completion (that's real days, not Daikatana days), and it's one of the most innovative and ground-breaking projects for Myth I've ever had the pleasure of working on (or even playing, for that matter.) Yoshi's combat versatility alone...whee. :-)
Island Four Updates
Eagle eyes at halo.bungie.org noticed that Nathan Bitner has registered islandfour.com. Meanwhile, 3of9 has already founded the fansite IslandFour.org, which currently contains all public information (what little there is) on the Island Four company. We applaud his rabid enthusiasm and wish the best for his site. :-)
