Bill Heineman has updated his .plan today. Apparently there is only one more networking issue for OS X that needs to be dealt with before the game is ready to go.

Monte asked if Myth III for the Mac will have a customized cursor like the PC version in the Myth Village forum. Nate Birkholz replied, Myth III just uses the plain ol' Mac cursor.
The Mumbo Jumbo website has updated with some important Myth III information. The first bit of news offers a lot of hope to those of us worried about Myth III's future:
Kudos to MWA for answering my request to make the Pepper Heights .tag file available so that Mac users can download the map, which was previously only available in .exe (Windows executable) format. Now that it's .zip compressed, the download is only 3 MB.
You can download Pepper Heights at MWA's map page or just click here.
Nate Birkholz posted a Myth III status update for the Mac in the Myth Village forum. It says:
Yes Myth III is being worked on; Bill Heineman has been working on it for a couple weeks now, along with Chris Jacobson. The A-level bug list remains the same, but progress has been made.
Changes have been rolled in from the forthcoming PC patch.
Infininight has posted at MythVillage that Bill Heineman, formerly of Mumbo Jumbo Games, has returned to Contraband Entertainment along with Chris Jacobson.
Nate Birkholz has posted a link in the IMG forum that shows two images of the Myth III in-game GameSpy browser working on the Mac. (Thanks Myth Village)
Nate Birkholz from Macsoft updated the progress report on the Mac version of Myth III over at IMG's message board. Basically, it's likely the PC version .1 fixes will be in, but at this point it depends on who finishes first:
MacSoft, publishers of the Mac version of Myth III, has finally added Myth III to its product page. Nothing new there, but ignore that because all that really matters is we can expect to see Myth 3 in stores in November. (Thanks Myth Village)
Found an interesting story over at IMG about Adam Thayer, who is unofficially developing drivers for the Voodoo 3, 4, and 5 cards under Mac OS X. Since 3dfx went out of business last year, there haven't been any updates to the drivers at all, which means that Voodoo cards do not accelerate OS X.
According to Blambi's post at MythVillage, Mike Donges of Mumbo Jumbo has said that the Mac version of Myth III that ships will include many of the bug fixes they are working on a patch for right now.
After the Myth franchise went to Take Two after the purchase of Bungie by Microsoft, a developer named Mumbo Jumbo was contracted to develop Myth 3. The team was disbanded after the release of the game, which was not particularly successful.
Rampancy created this area to catalog reports of users of the game post-release.
It's good to keep up on the competition, and things seem to be particularly heating up between Halo and Tribes 2 now. Even the developers may be getting involved a little bit.
