It's Cortana Day over at www.bungie.net. The first item of interest is an interview with Jen Taylor, voice of Cortana. Head over to the Truth & Reconciliation site and you will find that the storyboards for the X60 cutscene (which feature Cortana) have been added.
NeoBob pointed out to us that awhile back the promised Jason Jones Interview went online at the Bungie.net Truth and Reconciliation site.
That's right, the dusty old Database script hasn't been forgotten about. Kudos go to Cannibal Harry and CyberBob, who have written up an extensive analysis of the Cortana letters as well as those enigmatic quotes that could be found on Bungie's original Halo website. Tons of thought provoking material here.
CyberBob sends word that there is an interview with former Bungie project lead Tuncer Deniz in this month's issue of AppleWizards, a monthly Mac oriented e-zine. The interview is largely about the state of gaming on the Mac, so don't count on any revealing Halo tidbits. On the other hand, some excellent points are made in the interview, and it is definitely a recommended read.
Score! Claude Errera at bungie.org appears to have cornered Bungie's Matt Soell for long enough to get an interview out of him, touching on topics from Bungie staff to Soulblighter vs. Konoko. And, of course, there's some interesting Halo info in there, so be sure to stop by and take a look-see.
Not Halo related, but considerably better than nothing. The second half of Harry Al-Shakarchi's trip to Bungie West has been posted at oni.bungie.org, complete with several interviews and a lot of interesting facts regarding Oni. A good read, and definitely worth the clicks.
Next Generation Online has posted an interview with Bungie's Nathan Bitner, a frequent poster on the Halo forums. Focussed on development, it's a great read--here's an excerpt:
