Halo Quickie
PG-13 Alert. Kudos to Bulls for pointing out this Halo Quickie at 3DGN, which is essentially a glowing review with a healthy dose of wit. And gratuitous lingerie. An excerpt:

I'll review and reset the poll tomorrow, I promise. Still trying to think up a good topic or two for it, though I'm sure some of you will be quick to point out that a good topic hasn't always been necessary in the past...
Yeah, well, hope you die in your sleep too. Grumble... at least I have some news to post...
Bounty sends word that the winners of the recently ended Battleground: Halo contest have been announed:
And as Bungie loyalists know, that's not the good thing you may think it is. Having contacted Bungie's PR Engineer Doug Zartman, Inside Mac Games reports that Oni still has no solid release date, and still dances on the horizon.

Hamish Sinclair of the Marathon's Story site has compiled all of the information on the Lynx Phoenix deodorant ad and posted it together in one, informative page. Hamish is known to long-standing Bungiefen as the community's foremost expert on Bungie's mad affinity with trivia and obscure mythological references.
Kudos to mad.max, who told us he captured a Lynx/Phoenix commercial in the UK. Hamish Sinclair's Marathon's Story site is hosting the .MOV file and showing some suspicious similarities at its March news page. You can see an image of the nearly identical O s here and if that interests you, you should probably go to get the whole story.
Kudos to Merk for passing on this bit of information to us. 3DActionPlanet.Com, Battleground: Halo's host, is holding a new poll:
The folks out at Haloplayers.Com are nearing the public launch of their website(s) and are making an offer to accept one more person onto their staff... How do you gain that position? You win a contest they're holding. Read on:
