Awhile ago I'd asked Loki Games what they thought about the prospects for future conversion of Bungie games to the Linux platform. I've just recently gotten a response back on the issue:

Just after the news went official, we reported on a cartoon at Penny Arcade titled Bob, We Hardly Knew Ye . Well, they continue to poke fun at the MS/Bungie situation with their newest cartoon: Part 1: Not OSHA Approved! It appears from the title that we can expect more commentary on the issue. ;-)
