Anima at MythVillage has posted news that the website for the new Myth game server has now launched at PlayMyth.net. Users may set up accounts now in anticipation for the server's launch on April 25.

Shacknews jokes that perhaps this modification might improve the less-than-stellar framerates during a few rare moments of Halo ; but in all honesty they've only watercooled the Xbox, not overclocked it. Too bad.

Rumor has been spreading over the past several months that Microsoft is building an expansion device called HomeStation for the Xbox. Microsoft has now denied the product's existance and claims it is nothing short of fiction. TeamXbox writes:

Completely non-Blam related, Biodegrader is a Deathmatch fixer plugin currently under development and testing by Badlands, as well as a brave few others. Due to the lack of a major HL distribution center, I've posted a copy of it here, so anyone willing to try it out and file bug reports is welcome to grab it and give it a whirl.
