We've got a brief update for you. We have been informed through the family that the center will not accept flowers for Chia and they feel that cards are not necessary (at least, until he regains consciousness)... but they do need money. Badly.

Freewill, aka Miguel Chavez, is now spearheading the effort to help Dave Pindrys with a new website. He is in contact with the family's attorney while they attempt to set up a nonprofit fund in the family's name, and they should be able to accept donations shortly. We'll bring you more as this matter develops.

It's a good time to pause and reflect over what is most important in your life... and if you're the religious sort, I'd like to ask you to remember Dave in your prayers.
