A short, half week poll this time. Following up on last week's poll and the controversy it was based upon, this week's poll asks whether or not voters have seen the IncitePC Halo movie yet, two weeks after we first caught wind of it.

A fascinating (and meaty) discussion about future technology at Marathon's Story yesterday and today. The discussion stems from the observation that the human technology demonstrated thus far in Halo doesn't seem all that advanced. Many excellent points are made on either side of the discussion, and it's certainly worth checking out.

Mojo, founder and webmaster of one of the very first Halo sites, Halam, posted what could be his last news item today. Citing the lack of news and the all too common malady of webmaster fatigue, he's moving on to new things. Nevertheless, we still hope to see you around in the long months ahead, Mojo!

As pointed out at halo.bungie.org, Playstation 2 Central has posted a preview of Halo for the PS2. Unfortunately, there is (all together now!) no new information given, and there are actually a few errors. Not to rile you folks up, but I thought this one was pretty glaring:
Kudos to Loren Petrich, who posted a link to a Gamecenter preview of Halo in the halo.bungie.org forum. Listing Halo as one of the Top 10 Game predictions of 2000, it offers no new information, but voices an increasingly common worry:
