well first off, you have to register as a member (takes 2 seconds).
If you haven't done so, you can go here for a register link and detailed help on downloading.

If you ARE registered then simply right click the .PDF link to Halo Main Theme underneath my avatar at the top of this blog, and chose Save Link As.

I don't understand what people keep referring the "Halo Theme", if there is any "main theme" it's this one.
You may be thinking of the Truth And Reconciliation Suite from Halo 1

Is that that music the play at the title page of Halo one, Truth and Rconsiliation?

Sorry I was kind of vague. I mean what is the original name of the song that a guitar part was added to and is now called mjolnir mix, or when it was just an orchestra playing the song. The openeing song on on the Halo 1 title screen.

You know you can read it and it will sound just the same. (I play alto sax myself)
It may not be in the same key but you can play it, and it will sound fine.
If you want it to sound in key, then just move all the notes up a major 6th.
