Kudos to Chris, who sends word of a new Halo preview in the December issue of Next Generation:

Just got the new Next Generation magazine today, and found a very attractive four-page spread on Halo (p. 24). There's not much new information aside from some vehicle details ( Even the tanks have handholds on the side so players can run and grab on for a quick ride to the heart of the battle. ) and a comment on netplay between Macs/PCs and consoles, but there are some new (as far as I know) screenshots and it's just plain cool to see Halo getting the front spot in NG's preview section.

Chris may also be able to provide some scans, so stay tuned. Looks like we may soon have a new batch of previews and such from the December issues... more food for thought.
