What the hell? I finished Halo 2 on Heroic and there is no new level. Was it just a rumor? According to www.cheatplanet.com, you get a new level if you finish the game on Heroic.

The map your talking about is foundation. If you have xbox live, the autoupdate will put it in for you. I don't know the exact way to get it without it, but I think it envolved not doing something for the whole game.
