We've had a team of leading scientists obverving this suprising reaction, trying to understand which award acts as the catalyst. Using an electron microscope and a very fast shutting camera, we've made steps to achieving our goal. Once the knowledge is obtained- Who is the dumbass and who isn't- we might be able to conclude why they are that way and use the research to one day repair Rapture's under developed frontal lobes in order to grant him simple thought processes.
