In addition to their regular coverage of the Bungie Studios issue (from whence the news broke on the 18th), Daily Radar has posted up a diagram of what titles will be developed and published by whom. However, I'm not sure if it really clarifies anything. The current information is that Take2 Interactive, as a whole, obtains the right to two royalty-free titles based upon the Halo engine.

Adding to the confusion, an article from Computer Games Online reports that Take2 acquired the rights to the Myth series and only the publishing rights to Oni for PC, Mac and Playstation 2. It also suggests that there may be an X-Box version of Oni, to be published by Microsoft. Games Domain also reports this in its news for June 20th.
