As the servers slowly move over (the domains have propagated as far as Canada, so you should all be able to reach them), the Bungie crew is moving over and in too. Asked on RHL what the new digs were like, Jaime of the Halo team had this to say:

     MS Jaime: yeah, our new building isnt ready yet, so we are on the main campus
Manus Celeris: OMG GET OUT OF THERE FAST
Manus Celeris: ELSE YOU WILL BE DESTROYED

MCD, rational as ever. Some firewall issues are also keeping the MWCHL server offline for the time being, but that should be fixed in the near future. And of course, the bungie.net metaserver remains down--we'll let you know the minute that malevolent deity is back online.
