I'm pleased to announce that Bungie Fanfest IV is set for tomorrow, Friday,January 12 from 6pm-9pm here in San Francisco, CA.
Peter Cohen described the Fanfest best:
The Bungie FanFest is an event that has evolved into something of aMacworld Expo tradition. It's a gathering of fans of Bungie Software, makersof the Marathon and Myth game series, as well as the forthcoming titles Oniand Halo. Even though Bungie is no longer an independent publisher -- thecompany is now part of Microsoft Corp. -- Bungie continues to have a strongfollowing of fans.
Many surprises and announcements will be made at the Fest. If you'rewondering about Halo, Oni, Myth III, and other miscellaneous bits of Bungieinfo, there's no better place to get the scoop than here!
Bungie's own Online Team will be in attendance to answer any pertinentquestions you may have. And Matt 'Community Guy' Soell will deliver thefirst Bungie Keynote speech.
We'll have a section of the convention room dedicated to LAN gaming, sobring your laptop/desktop PC and play against fellow attendees.
This event will be held at The West Bay Conference Center, 1290 FillmoreStreet (on the corner of Eddy), just a short bus ride away from MosconeCenter. Admission fee is $7 and minors are required to be accompanied by anadult. There will be pizza and soda served during the fest.
