We're just a smidge late in reporting on this, but Mark Diller informed us of an Xbox article that was in the Seattle Times. The article included this image of Marcus Lehto, David Dunn, Rob McLees, and Mat Noguchi sitting in front of what appears to be Halo. Are they actually playing or just posing with a static screen?
It's also important to note the 6.9 quake which struck the Pacific Northwest, and which apparently only claimed one life. Matt reported in the HBO forum that they are none the worse for wear. One has to wonder, however, whether there's any connection between Halo gaming and the Seattle quake. Perhaps Bungie is augmenting its mind-control rays with newer tectonic-temblor technology? That Microsoft funding has to be good for something!
