Not one to miss out on the interviews and such going on, Stomped has done a short interview with Gathering of Developer's (GOD - owned by Take Two Interactive) president, Harry Miller, on how they plan to handle things. Here's one of the questions:
Stomped: Gathering of Developers has been announced as the company in charge of future Myth titles for the PC. What kind of plans does G.O.D. have in mind for the franchise?Miller: We think it is a strong franchise and we are looking forward to building on its strengths and delivering some great games. Our number one priority is to maintain the high standards set by Bungie.
Sounds like perhaps Myth III can't be ruled out yet. We'll have to see what happens. And by the way, if you didn't already know, part of the deal is that GOD and Rockstar Games (both under Take Two) will be allowed to make a couple of games based off the Halo engine. Interested? ;-)
