I do like the new features, but the layout seems rather cumbersome, does it not? I always liked Rampancy (and I liked the core even more) because its was incredibly simple and slender.
The new layout seems much less simplistic and seems to take away from the elegant simplicity of the older forums. While the rating system is cool and such, i would reccomend trying to keep a look similar to the old forums...

The "Rampancy Classic" theme recreates a page about as close to the old Rampancy as we'll get out of this system.
If there are lots of problems with the extra forum features-- moderation, thresholds, etc etc we may either deactivate them or at least create a user preference to hide them.
