A little late, but as promised, here are the rules for the first Das Boot Contest, to be held at hl.rampancy.net today at 6pm CST:

• Contest will run for a set amount of time, to be announced. Whoever manages to stay online on the appropriate account for the longest amount of time during this period will be declared the winner. Also, whoever manages to stay at the top for the longest amount of time will also be a winner.
• Users must log in on the account dasboot (no password), which will have boot privs. Our resident bot Traxus will keep track of how long you manage to stay online based ON YOUR NICK, so keep the same nick if you want to keep your cumulative time. Your nick MUST ALSO BEGIN WITH DB (DB followed by a space). So, DB Ferrex would be Das Boot player Ferrex . Log on early if you want to clarify things.
• Absolutely no bots allowed. If you're caught cheating (and there are ways to tell), you're forever barred from Das Boot (and possibly the server). And you suck. Same goes for banning users--if you are caught doing this, you'll not be welcome on RHL again.
• The guest account will be boot protected, to minimize innocent casualties. Don't take advantage of this, or there will be much gnashing of teeth.
• Anyone in red is fair game, though you won't actually be able to boot any resident Admins or Traxus.

Results will be posted tomorrow, since Trax is only logging arrivals and departures, so that I can crunch the data later. Remember, log in early if you have any questions!
