Two more reviews have popped up on the web, this time from IGNPS2 and Inside PS2 Games. IGNPS2 commended Oni's mixing of the genres and said it has a good lasting appeal, stating that it's long and deep action wise, so you'll be playing for a long time. Inside PS2 Games was a little easier on Oni, giving it a 7.75 out of 10 overall. Here was the review's bottom line:

IТve played all three versions of Oni, and the Playstation 2 version is clearly superior to Oni on the PC and Mac. For starters, controlling Oni with the PS2Тs Dual Shock 2 is simply incredible once you get a hang of the controls. Playing on a keyboard just doesnТt compare to a controller. Graphically the game looks better on a PS2, and the action and gameplay certainly feels more at home on a 32 TV than it does on a cramped computer monitor. If you have a choice between the computer and Playstation 2 version of Oni, IТd say the PS2 version is the clear choice.
