ax on RHL pointed us to a new Myth III feature at pc.ign.com focusing on character animations in Myth III:

Along with a new story, features, and levels, the game will come along with a bunch of new units to [complement] a few of the more familiar ones. Today, we've got descriptions and animations of six of the many units you'll be able to control and fight against in the game including Damas, who most will recognize as the man that will eventually be twisted into Soulblighter of the first two games.

There are .avi files showing the character animations for the Avatara, Damas, the Forgotten, the Soulless, the Hearthguard, and the Stygian Knights, as well as a description of each.

ax particularly liked the Damas movie. Interesting to note that Soulless now appear to have wings; can't say I ever noticed they did before.

UPDATE: Rolf pointed out in the FutureMyth forum that those are probably javelins and not wings after all. My bad.
