Vista had promised a new utility for importing models to be released with Jinn and they have delivered. One may be confused to find that Apathy wasn't included with the Jinn download, but it was mentioned that it can be found at various Hotline servers, including RHL. A slightly more convenient method of retrieving Apathy is from the Myth Village, which has hosted it via HTTP. The only downside (?) to Apathy is that it's Mac only.
