Calm down, it's not what you think, but it's still really damned cool. Bungie has quietly started testing a new revision of their bungie.net website at io.bungie.net, and if you remember the Big C brought up a while back, it's not hard to find what that stands for now.

Along with several other test sites, the Core sends its headlines and forum threads (and soon even more) to the b.net server, supplying users with customizable channels. Select a few of the many channels Bungie already offers, and you've got a page that contains headlines or information from your favorite sites. Neat stuff, and I'm sure people will think of ways to use the channels over the next few months that are even cooler.

But remember folks, this is a beta test, so be sure to mail in those bug reports!
