Xbox.com has put up a Halo 2 Midnight Madness Store Locator to help you find a store near you that will open at midnight on November 9 to start selling Halo 2.
UPDATE: Blackstar points out that this "locator" actually just goes to EB's list of stores; but since some stores on the list are not opening at midnight, you should call the store beforehand and check.

My search turned up 3 Game Crazy stores and one EB Games - but in the radius I chose, there are 4 EB Games. Three of them are not participating, only the one that is showed up.
It's more than just EB Games stores, and (at least in some locations, I guess) they've already filtered out non-participating stores.
