The last note, "Help the Crow loot the Academy Archive" might be a side mission or optional objective.

There's no clear indication what the numeral "18" next to the Destiny tricorn symbol means-- perhaps a current player rating, or points accrued, or friends currently online, or a point reward for completing the offered mission.

At the bottom of the screen are four shield icons and a trophy, perhaps indicating difficulty levels or achievements.

It's hard to tell if this is a mockup of future functionality or an app that is fully or partially functional. Certainly parts of the image indicate this is not an actual working iPhone display, such as the word "CARRIER" appearing where the network operator's name should be.

One symbol at the bottom of the screen, the curved arch, is replicated with one minor difference. The last symbol on the right also appears to be an arch, just of a different style. The others have no clearly discernible meaning except for the tricorn itself and the crossed swords which may indicate combat or perhaps competitive multiplayer. In Myth, crossed daggers were a rank insignia on Bungie.net, similar to the difficulty insignia used in Halo.
