The dopes at Sony just recently announced that the PS3 will not be released in Australia unill March 2007, instead of November 2006 like originally planned. I have a lot of so-called "friends" that have a PS2 that are pissed about 3 things:

* The delay in PS3 release;
* The anticipated cost (around $1k), and;
* That you can't get Halo on PS.

Just spitballing here, but if Halo 3 were released to coincides with the PS3 launch in Australia, I would picture Sony's market share to be totally decimated, and not before time.
