I remember a hack on the MacOS a few years ago that allowed a movie file to be played as a desktop background. That might work on newer versions of Windows, too. I'm not sure about as a screensaver.
In either case I'd suggest one of the lower resolution versions, I doubt most computers would handle running the HD version that way.
