I don't think they'd actually title it Halo 2.5; that number was just to indicate what the game would be: more than Halo 2, but not quite Halo 3. Basically, Halo 2 enchanced for Xbox 2.

Halo 2.5 should come out in late october or early november, the same time as xbox 2. It will start out just how it left off in Halo 2. I know because my cousin works for them.
No matter what the price u should buy Xbox 2 and Halo 2.5 because Halo 2.5 will start off right where it left off in the 2nd one and Xbox 2 is compatible with HDTV and is around $300. Halo 2.5 should be between 50 and 60 bucks but will be worth every penny.

Yes, that would be cool-- but for whatever reason, the Bungie tools apparently aren't quite that user-friendly. Tools for PC Halo are out, but you need a special version of the game (Halo Custom Edition) which only runs on PCs, not Macs (or Xboxes, of course) and is supported separately from the version Bungie made themselves and Microsoft published.
If you're looking for an Xbox shooter with a built-in editor, though, try Pariah when it comes out soon.

more levels there should be a girl halo and boy halo boats with guns and more then one person in a tank or on the tank warhog for four people so for exp driver pannger and two side mounted guns that move
and the old warhog should stay too.
