Bungie Back Online

Though there's no new goodies on their site, Bungie is back online and accepting visitors again. Apparently, the problem had something to do with their ISP... seems nobody is safe from their evil ways.

Font Things

Odds are 90% of you don't care about this, so feel free to skip right on by. After some excellent advice from Evan Vetere, I've monkeyed with the site's CSS fonts, and they should be end-user resizable now. If you've been having problems reading it, this should allow you to make it larger within your browser.

And if something completely bizarre has happened, you should probably let me know.

Blam and Cortana Tidbits

Marathon's Story has a few interesting items on the sword Cortana and the previously unexplained Blam32 message on a recent MWNY Demo movie version. Interesting stuff, though (alas!) nothing earth shattering... we should start a betting pool as to when Bungie will throw the next large stone into our little pond. ;)

Bungie's Press Page Overhauled

No longer resting on their laurels (and they have a lot of them), Bungie has revamped its Halo Press page, picking out some glowing quotes from the many articles on Halo thus far.

In terms of content, there's nothing we haven't seen already, but it's cool to see what people have been saying all in one place. Great way to introduce a friend to Halo...

Halo on Dreamcast?

In the aftermath of much Halo porting discussion, a fellow member of BoT passed along this interesting tidbit:

Halo will most definitely be coming to the Sega Dreamcast. I get this thru the mill, as I have a friend in the industry... one of those things.

There are also talks to bring Oni there, though these are not finalized.
