a while ago there was this forum in here about the corridor u go thru in the wart hog when ur trying to escape. we all thought different things like a training corridor for warthogs or something. but after u blow up the last generator thing and cortana is telling u to escape she says it is a class 7(i think she said class 7)service corridor that runs along the ships dorsal(i dont know how to spell that i think i spelled it wrong) structure. i have a guestion what is a dorsal structure and its open at the top so how r they gunna service it??

I've made a Halo card game. It's online as a PDF, and I'd love feedback on whether anyone thinks it's any good.

This is my first attempt at a card game, so if you don't think it's up to much I'd prefer constructive comments rather than just telling me it's crap. Some things I'm interested in are: Are the rules comprehensible? Is the game too dependant on luck? If so, how can I enhance the strategic side of the game?

I'm quite happy with how everything works at the moment, the rules are one page, combat is fast and simple (it's been stripped right down through testing a variety of more advanced systems), but if there are any tweaks anyone thinks would improve the gameplay, I'd really appreciate hearing from you.

I just bought my xbox bundled with Halo and Splinter Cell. I live in Spain, and naturally the xbox and the games here comes in spanish... But the solution is simple, I just choose english in the xbox 'Settings' menu.

After doing that, Splinter Cell switches automatically to english, both text and speech. Perfect. But Halo doesn't switch, so now Master Chief habla Español! No, por favor!!

I get the feeling that I'm missing a lot of important instructions during the game, so I need help now. I can't find any settings in the games menu to switch language. I e-mailed xbox support, and they told me to call Game Experts or something, in USA.. Do you know any workarounds for this? Please?

Thats pretty bad.... Im sure theres some workaround for it. You can play through halo w/o hearing MOST of what they say... if youve beaten it b4 that is tho :-/... thats about all I can think of.... try the microsoft help hotline, lol they should know a little bit about halo.

Near the end of AOTCR("easy" setting), at "the gun pointed at the head of the universe", if you snag a banshee on the bridge, and annihilate all the forces in the outdoor area, try to fly up the side of the structure on the right. You should notice three sets of rings around a column, seemingly going up forever. On the middle ring, if you land on the right side, your back to the wall, a piano will play. If you jump up, it will stop. If you get in the banshee it'll stop, and if you fall it will stop. It's a nice piano score. I don't think it is anywhere else in the game! Try it.

I've been trying to find old stuff about it, but have since lost it.

I found Assassin on the Mill as like a 10 megabyte download.. but I seem to remember some sort of Daimyo Release.. or Larger release of Assassin.. like 100mb+ . Anybody remember this? IF so.. know where it can be found?

This has absolutely nothing to do with Halo.

Myth: The Fallen Lords. Myth II: Soulblighter. These are two games developed by Bungie Software before Halo. They are available for both Macintosh and PC.

Assassin is a Map. Daimyo is a Total Conversion. The Mill is a website hosting several maps and conversions that exist for the above mentioned games.

Thanks for clearin that up, i once played a demo version of myth, but i can't find the game in the stores, that sux, cause i want to have it, it's made by BUNGIE, the lords of the games, therefore i must have it, it is rightfully mine, MINE, MINE I TELL YOU!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

Rampancy is a Bungie site, not just a Halo site, and this is the general Community forum. Questions about other Bungie games, such as Myth, are fine-- as are questions about third party expansions for Myth, such as Assassin and Daimyo.

Isolder,
The 100+ meg Assassin Myth II modification you seek actually never really came to frutation. The fellow who created the Assassin mod you've found at the Mill (and indeed, it's on the Total Codex too under Singly player levels) is simply what the fellow decided to release after scrapping the project. The 'Diamyo' project used the Myth II game engine and new models created using Bungie's own model creation program called "Vegas".

Well, time passes. Now the Myth II community has Apathy for model use, and the Daimyo project exists only as what's on the mill.

Ah, the days of Myth. Hope this is helpful.

A few weeks ago I ot the book "Halo, The Fall Of Reach" And it really explains everything b4 the game, and it's really interesting, like I remember there was someone hu thought that it's some coincidence that Master Chief's Name is John 117, and it could be a passage out of the bible, but it's not just john 117, in the book theres Sam 084 and linda something, and I never heard of a linda in the bible, or a sam, unless I'm rong (which I probably am)and it says how they found the first of the Covenant, so I think Every Halo Lover should buy the book if they havn't already got it, I had to order it from a "Borders Bookstore"
