Hi I was just wondering if anyone knew what planet that Halo Wars takes place on. Also, if anyone knows if it will come out on pc or not please tell me I don't have a 360 yet and won't get one probably 'til Christmas. Thanks!

I am sure that it will come out for the PC and the 360. I dont know what planet it takes place on.......possibly Reach??? Then again I dont know but Halo Wars should be out for PC because all the others are.

In reply to: halo warsOh, if it's our first meeting with the covenant then heck its not Reach. I mean that was the most recent attacked planet before Earth. Maybe Reach will be one of the last levels on Halo Wars, or infact THE last level on Halo Wars.

There's no way one can consider the conflict on Reach one of the earlier meetings. But what you say is true-- depending on how much history they want the game to cover, they could put Reach near the end of the game.
Frankly, I think they'll make it so the latest events in the Halo Wars timeline is safely isolated from the events of the FPS games just to avoid any potential conflicts.
Given the reaction to a little detail like BR55s in the trailer, they'd be walking on thin ice to portray an event depicted in the other books and games.
