Hey I'm new to the site, just thought give you all a hello. Now I've never been much of a gamer but Halo changed that! I swear I'm addicted! Now the whole gaming world has opened up for me. That game has started an epidemic. It a regular event in my town to get some teams together, drink some beers, and duke it out all hours of the night! Well, any advise or tricks you know I'd love to hear.

Welcome, Norseman!

Always glad to see new Halo players coming here. Many people here have been around Bungie games for a long time-- they used to make games for Macintosh computers-- but the popularity of Halo on the Xbox has brought in lots of new gamers.

If you're looking for more people to play with, you might look into programs like XbConnect, GameSpy Arcade, or Aquaduct (on the Mac). If you've got a high speed Internet connection at home and a small networking hub, it is actually possible to play Internet games of Halo even though Halo does not support Xbox Live. (Halo 2, out next Christmas, will).
