Well, first of all, this is a Bungie fansite. People here have been following the games that Bungie makes for years, and happen to like them a lot. So most folks on the site aren't going to be too helpful in your goal of getting the fruits of their considerable.. labors... without paying for it.
Secondly, as Halo has only been released for the Xbox, a platform which uses DVD for media and has, as far as I know, not yet been sucsessfully modified to allow for pirated games, there isn't anywhere in the world you could "download" Halo anyway.
