343GS has one.
Assault on the Control Room has one.
Foe Hammer, we assume, crashes at the end of The Maw after being shot down.
The Chief's Pelican is shot down at the start of Outskirts.
More Pelicans crash on High Charity (admittedly, piloted by Flood and crashed intentionally).
Valhalla has a crashed Pelican.
They ought to take the things out of service, it sounds like airworthiness is a problem
